In 2017, I downloaded a Hatsune Miku song from an app that was probably full of viruses and stuff. It was titled "Self-H*rming Girl" and I liked it a lot despite being unable to understand any of the lyrics. I liked the guy's piano work the most and the song was just very cutesy(?) over all.
Then, 2-3 years later, just before the pandemic, I was looking through the files in my phone and making backups of things that seemed important. That included the songs I have downloaded. I had just started using Spotify back then and I didn't want the mp3 files on my phone anymore. I came across this song again and I wanted to find out more about it, especially about the lyrics. I could only dig up very limited information about it since the song was practically non-existent and it was only in a "full album" video on Youtube and nowhere else. I got the album's name, End of the World, and found out about some guy that went by ChouchouP/TyoutyouP. I tried searching them up but still, nothing.
Fast forward to 3 days ago, I remembered this song while I was messing around with a piano in a music store and I rushed back home to see if I still had the mp3 file. I did and I once again started searching. I found the full album video again on Youtube but this time I saw the name "papiyon" in the description. I found out that there was actually CDs of this album back in 2014 when it was released and searched that up. I found the company/distributor/whatever and I somehow got to the lyrics of the song. I also found a video on a website named bilibili where a guy puts the CD in a CD player and plays that specific song only. I'm planning to get the CD if it's still available somewhere by summer.
Here's the album cover, you can listen to the song on Youtube by clicking on it. (THANK GOD SOMEONE UPLOADED THAT SONG ALONE.)
