WHY IS MY HTML FILE SUDDENLY NOT SEEING MY CSS FILE??

Okay so, my code was working JUST FINE since last night and when I opened my blog to see if it's still working like, 2 hours ago and my background suddenly turned white (it was black). The table in "About me" page seems to be overflowing for some reason and it doesn't have a border anymore. My article tag is not working properly and making everything seem like they're all just seperate paragraphs. There was a syntax error that occured because of my stupidity, I fixed it but nothing has changed at all. I'll edit this once I get everything fixed.
